Arknights CN has announced a new limited-time event and game mode called 「次生预案」 (Secondary Mandate), starting September 25, 2025. This mode is an evolution of the Contingency Contract system, focusing on map-building mechanics introduced during the 6th Anniversary livestream.
Unlike the older Crisis Contract events, Secondary Mandate will deliver structured, challenge-based gameplay while being tied to a map-building framework. Players will face rotating stages with varying objectives and modifiers.
Alongside this new mode, several in-game events will also launch, including targeted recruitments, limited bundles, outfit reruns, and login bonuses.
- Skin for 5★ Puzzle — "Cool Colored Rock'n'Roll"
- Skin for 6★ Kal'tsit — "The Remains of Time" (Live2D)
- Skin rerun for 6★ Exusiai — "Midnight Delivery"
- Skin rerun for 6★ Ch'en — "After Storm"
Most of these cosmetics (except Puzzle's skin) are dedicated to Arknights anime seasons and will be available only through purchase bundles.
